registration form (fee-free), send
it to International Online Animal
Database and promote their center as an
authorized veterinary center.
- All
Microchipped Animals owners can download
and fill out the
registration form and submit
it to International Online Animal
Database, after registration they will
also receive a copy of Microchip Animal
ID card and login access to database.
